10.Discuss and take appropriate action to plan the County of El Paso’s “Community Healing Garden” unveiling ceremony at Ascarate Park on August 2, 2020, in remembrance of the one-year anniversary of the lives tragically taken from our community on August 3, 2019, to include the use of the park Pavilion and amenities. Further, authorize the closure of the park from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and approve the waiver of entrance fees for guests during this time period. Ascarate Park will reopen to the public from 8:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Funding is available in CIP2020-MEMORIAL-PARK IMPROV and GF-GADM-OPS CONTINGENCIES.
