2.Discuss and take appropriate action on the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 budget for the County of El Paso, Texas.

3.Pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code, § 152.013 (b), discuss and take action on the proposed annual salaries, expenses or allowances for elected County and precinct officers for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2019.  Any proposed salary or allowance increases will be published in a local newspaper of general circulation.  These salaries and any proposed increases would take effect on October 1, 2019 and upon the adoption of the County Budget.

4.Discuss and take appropriate action on the El Paso County Hospital District’s Capital and Operating Budgets for FY 2020 and proposed tax rate.

ADDENDUM TO THE AGENDA
5.Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, receive legal advice and consultation regarding the judicial salary plan.

6.Approve and authorize to accept emergency supplemental funds from the Office of the Attorney General’s Office to provide victim services (Victim Coordinator and Liaison Grant) in the amount of $56,000.  The funding will be used to provide victim service counseling, transportation assistance and general operational supplies. El Paso County will receive these funds upon approval and, if accepted, must be encumbered by August 31, 2019.
