This amended request is to support the cost of a new lease for one copier/fax machine and the purchase of four electronic citation writers. Funding is available in the SR-JPTECH-OPS CONTINGENCIES account. Further, approve the re-allocation of funds in the amount of $6,083 from the SR-JPTECH-OPS CONTINGENCIES to the SR-JPTECH-OPS EQUIPMENT and SR-JPTECH-RENT/LEASES accounts.

Approve and adopt the Road Entry & Access Permit (REAP), including the applicable fees and procedures, related to the disturbance of County rights-of-way caused by granting entry and access to facilities, as part of the County’s development of the FY 2020 budget. Further, approve and adopt the Road Inspection & Maintenance Fund (RIM) fees and procedures, related to the cutting of County rights-of-way, as authorized by Texas Local Government Code Chapter 240.907.

Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 232.028(g), Certification Regarding Compliance with Plat Requirements, approve and adopt an increase to the fee for the issuance of Certificates of Plat Compliance from $25 to $32 for properties located within the City of El Paso's extraterritorial jurisdiction and $30 for all other properties in the unincorporated area. 	25.	EXECUTIVE SESSION


		Only the members of the Commissioners Court have a right to attend an executive session, except that legal counsel must be present if the executive session is held pursuant to Government Code section 551.071. In addition to legal counsel, Commissioners Court may include in executive session certain officers and employees if it finds that (1) their participation is necessary to the matter under consideration; (2) their interests are not adverse to the county, and (3) their presence will not waive the attorney client privilege.
