Approve and authorize the County Judge to sign the Youth Center of the High Plains Contract for Residential Services (Secure Facility) for children placed on behalf of the Juvenile Probation Department. Approve the submission of County grant applications as listed and described. If awarded, all grant award agreements will be brought back to the Commissioners Court for final acceptance and approval.

17.Approve and authorize the 384th Adult Drug Court Program to apply for FY 2020 Specialty Courts Program grant through the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division in the amount of $182,988.  No County match is required.  Further, authorize the County Judge to sign the accompanying Resolution.
