			21.	Approve and authorize the 65th District Court to apply for the Office of the Governor Criminal Justice Division (CJD) FY 2019-2020 Specialty Court Grant for $89,131 with no County match required. Further, authorize the County Judge to sign the accompanying Resolution.

			27.	Approve amendment No. 16 to the County of El Paso’s 2018-2019 operating budget. This budgetary amendment will increase Enterprise by $56,413 and increase Grants by $2,167,645.50, thus increasing the overall budget of $434,359,202.39 to $436,583,260.89.

	28.	EXECUTIVE SESSION


		Only the members of the Commissioners Court have a right to attend an executive session, except that legal counsel must be present if the executive session is held pursuant to Government Code section 551.071.
