			30.	Approve and authorize the County Parks Department to submit the Texas Parks and Wildlife - Recreational Trails Grant 2019 application in the amount of $400,000 with a County match of $100,000 for a Recreational Trail at San Felipe Park in Fabens, Texas.

		Only the members of the Commissioners Court have a right to attend an executive session, except that legal counsel must be present if the executive session is held pursuant to Government Code section 551.071.
