B.Approve and authorize the transfer of qualifying expenditures out of General Fund and Capital Projects to the American Rescue Plan Act Constable Public Health Program to reimburse the 1) El Paso County General Fund for the identified and estimated costs associated with overtime 2) El Paso County General Funds for the identified and estimated costs associated with fuel expenditures for ARPA funded Constable positions and 3) El Paso County Capital Improvement Program Fund for the identified cost associated with procurement of a patrol unit and equipment for Constable Precinct 2. Further, authorize the Chief Administrator to adjust final transfer amounts based on input from the Office of the County Auditor and Budget & Finance Department during the fiscal closeout period for FY 2023.

H.Approve and authorize the County Judge to sign the Office of the Attorney General Statewide Automated Victim Notification Services (SAVNS) Fiscal Year 2024 Q1 Invoice in the amount of $7,571.32, the Invoice Certification required by Texas Grant Management Standards, and the Quarterly Verification of Continuing Production record form for automated victim information and notification in El Paso County. There is no fiscal impact to the County general fund budget.

This amendment will allow the CRRMA to provide engineering and administration services for the Right-of-Way acquisition of the required parcels for the project. Funding in the amount of $131,768.42 will be used from Vehicle Registration Fee proceeds. 12.EXECUTIVE SESSION

Only the members of the Commissioners Court have a right to attend an executive session, except that legal counsel must be present if the executive session is held pursuant to Government Code section 551.071. In addition to legal counsel, Commissioners Court may include in executive session certain officers and employees if it finds that (1) their participation is necessary to the matter under consideration; (2) their interests are not adverse to the county, and (3) their presence will not waive the attorney client privilege.
