El Paso County is a Self-insured Governmental Entity that provides Workers' Compensation coverage to employees. On January 27, 2020, the Commissioners Court awarded RFP 19-023, Workers Compensation Third Party Administrator (TPA), Cost Containment Services, and 504 Program Administration to Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc.

The Option to Renew represents the first of two options to renew which is for a period of one year with an expiration date of December 31, 2024.

The renewal agreement between El Paso County and Sedgwick has been reviewed by the County Attorney’s Office. (Contract No. 2023-1023)
