Approve and authorize reallocation of CO 2023B funds.

Strategic Development and Budget staff have met and reviewed Capital project funding.  The Fabens Property Acquisition project has come in under budget or are no longer necessary.  Available funds will be allocated to the assigned object codes for current and future allocation consideration.

Reallocation approval not to exceed $5,000,000 for CO 2023B.  Not to exceed $5,000,000 from CP-TCO23B-FABPROPACQUISIT-LAND to CP-TCO23B-PROP ACQUI-BUILDINGS.
