| Background: | The TransUnion Software renewal is essential for the backgrounds Investigators at the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office to function and manage background checks for the Sheriff’s Office. The Backgrounds Investigators utilize the software in their daily duties to create reports and perform searches in their investigations. ITD recommends that the County renew the software contract. This agreement is for 12 months. This agreement has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney’s Office, and the Purchasing Department. ITD recommends approval. |
