Subject:Approve and authorize reallocation of Tax Note 2023C funds.
Background:Strategic Development, County Auditors and Budget staff have met and reviewed Capital project funding. The attached worksheets include the detailed capital projects that have come in under budget or are no longer necessary. Available funds will be allocated to the assigned object codes for current and future allocation consideration. 
Fiscal Impact:

$2,022,259 Reallocation approval for Tax Note 2023C. $1,000,000 from Engineering Firm Services project (CP-TN23C-CONSULT/PROF SVCS), $1,000,000 from First Avenue Canutillo Stormwater Project (CP-TN23C-1STAVECANUT-CONSTRUCT) and $22,259 from Misc. Contingency (CP-TN2023C-CONTIGENCY-MISC). Funds will be allocated to the following Tax Note projects/contingency:
