| Background: | The County is requesting services by Insight Public Sector, Inc. for technical assistance with the completion of a project description requirements package from the USDA Rural Utilities Service for funds previously identified under the 2022 Congressional Appropriations process. The County is also requesting services for the subsequent deployment of these funds into a wireless broadband solution targeting communities in Fabens and Tornillo. ARPA funding string listed below is listed only as a contingency, as funds secured from the USDA congressional allocation are the primary intended use for funding this project. These accounts will be setup upon award of funds to the County. |
