| Background: | As per the adoption of the FY2024 El Paso County budget on September 18, 2023, the Court approved with it the TCDRS annually determined contribution rate (ADRC) of 19.43%. This includes a total cost of living arrangement (COLA) of 1% flat rate for retirees. |
