| Background: | On April 17, 2023, El Paso County and AYUDA, Inc. entered into a Subrecipient Agreement for the provision of rental and utility assistance and navigation services to eligible County household residing outside the city limits of El Paso. Assistance will be provided using Emergency Rental Assistance Program Phase 2 (ERA 2) funds awarded to El Paso Couty by the United States Department of Treasury under Section 3201 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
This First Amendment allows the parties to extend the term of the Agreement through November 30, 2023 to allow more time to target eligible households and distribute the remaining funds. |
