| Background: | The County is seeking to purchase and install a new irrigation system, new Bermuda grass installation and screening rock in the Sportspark warm-up area.
To ensure the County is obtaining the overall best value, to include pricing and terms, the Purchasing and Parks Department reviewed available cooperative contracts and determined that the contract held by BASIC IDIQ conforms to the County’s needs.
