| Background: | Commissioners Court approved the partnership between El Paso County and Fred Loya Partners, LP (2022-0358 License Agreement) on 10/17/22 to provide the El Paso Community and visitors from all over the world a spectacular Holiday Lights on the Lake Event at Ascarate Park with a display of Holiday Lights and Shows from 11/25/22 – 1/06/2023. Since the opening night crowds have tripled in attendance. |
