| Background: | On November 07, 2022, the Commissioners Court awarded RFP #22-027 to HUB International Texas, Inc., for Consultation Services for Health and Dental Benefits for the County of El Paso. Based on the award of the RFP and Response to the RFP by HUB International Texas Inc., a Services Agreement was developed.
The purpose of the Agreement is to provide El Paso County with an independent benefits consultant who can provide advice and assistance to the County and its Risk Pool Board for employee health and dental benefits management and act as it representative with third party providers and other parties as needed.
The term of the agreement is for three years with the option for the County to renew for an additional two one-year terms.
Services Agreement 2022-1033 has been reviewed by the County Attorney’s Office. |
