| Background: | On June 27, 2022, the Commissioners Court approved on entering into a collaborative agreement with the Rio Grande Council of Governments (RGCOG) for the creation of a grant writer position. This position will focus on identifying federal funding opportunities for rural communities throughout El Paso County. The cost for services is $35,000. The contract period is from 10/1/2022 to 9/30/2023.
