| Background: | In the event the County Clerk’s office receives a petition related to the Hospital District's request for Certificates of Obligation, the County Clerk anticipates needing 10 temporary employees (using contract 2021-0740) to assist with the petition verification process. If no petition is filed with the Office, no funds would be needed. If a petition is filed, funds would only be needed based on the amount of time needed to complete the verification process. |
