| Background: | The purpose of this Agreement is to provide The Juvenile Probation Department with residential treatment services for youth who have been adjudicated of delinquent conduct or conduct indicating a need for supervision and placement with Rite of Passage d/b/a Lake Granbury Youth Services an in-state facility, d/b/a Canyon State Academy and d/b/a Desert Lily Academy out of state facilities in the best interest of the child.
The Juvenile Probation Department shall have the option to renew the contract for two (2) additional one-year term upon the same terms and conditions contained in its original agreement by providing a written notice to Rite of Passage d/b/a Lake Granbury Youth Services an in state facility, d/b/a Canyon State Academy and d/b/a Desert Lily Academy out of state facilities in the best interest of the child.
