Subject:	Discuss and take appropriate action to appoint Commander Ryan Urrutia, to the E911 Enhanced Communication District Board of Managers to fulfill the unexpired 2-year term of Chief Tom Whitten ending July 31, 2023.
Background:	In accordance with the adopted County Board rules and Procedures and Texas Statue all 3 mandatory trainings have been completed by Commander Ryan Urrutia.
Fiscal Impact:	None
Recommendation:	Discuss and take appropriate action to appoint Commander Ryan Urrutia, to the E911 Enhanced Communication District Board of Managers to fulfill the unexpired 2-year term of Chief Tom Whitten ending July 31, 2023.
Prior Action:	On December 1, 2014 Commissioners Court appointed Chief Tom Whitten to the E911 Enhanced Communication District Board of Managers to fulfill the unexpired 2-year term of Chief Gomencindo Lopez ending July 31, 2015, under item #19 from the Consent agenda. Chief Whitten's terms continued from: August 1, 2015 - July 31, 2017 August 1, 2017 - July 31, 2019 August 1, 2019 - July 31, 2021 August 1, 2021 through September 12, 2022
