| Background: | The Planning and Development is currently going through a transition period with new staff and the need for additional assistance to review subdivision and site plan review is needed. This will allow the new county staff to be able to have the time to get up to speed on the review process. The workload would then be transitioned to county staff and the workload from consultant providing these services will be reduced. The department’s goal is to continue with reduce its review time and provide great services to the community. |
