The County of El Paso is seeking a qualified vendor for the Replacement of Two (2) Existing Manufactured Housing Units (MHU’s) Under the Colonia Self Help Center Mobile Home Replacement Program.  The demolition of the two (2) existing MHU’s and the purchase, installation, and set-up of the two (2) new Manufactured Housing Units. The project will also include the installation of new utility lines (gas, water, electric) to be connected to the new MHU’s and the decommissioning of existing septic systems and installation new systems, at each project site.
