| Background: | The County of El Paso is seeking vendors for the purchase of removal and installation of two (2) cooling towers for the El Paso County Coliseum.
To ensure the County is obtaining the overall best value, to include pricing and terms, the Purchasing and Facilities Maintenance Departments reviewed available cooperative contracts and determined that the held by Trane U.S. Incorporated through Region 19 Contract 22-7434 conforms to the County’s needs.
Region 19 Contract Term: March 1, 2022 until April 30, 2023, with 4 annual extension options. |
