The County of El Paso County Attorney’s Office is seeking to purchase a West Publishing Thomas Reuters - Westlaw Edge (3) three year subscription from West Publishing Thomas Reuters in Houston Texas for a total of $158,469.87, which includes National Primary Law, Analytical Plus, Litigation for Government, Practical Law for Government. Westlaw Edge is the newest iteration of Westlaw and offers exclusive new features not available anywhere else. This latest Westlaw platform integrates Artificial Intelligence throughout and offers numerous efficiency features and functionality that are only available on Edge.

Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024 (c), as a single source item, it is exempt from the provisions of the County Purchasing Act. Single Source will be re-evaluated as required to ensure compliance with statute.
