| Background: | The SAVNS -- Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service Contract with the Office of the Attorney General and the updated Service Provider Appriss Insights, LLC, provides El Paso crime victims with 24-hour automated information about offender court hearings and notification of offender release. El Paso County has participated in the program since 2003. |
| Fiscal Impact: | There is no impact to El Paso County's Budget. Payment to service provider for automated service is paid by the Texas Attorney General's Office. |
