During this meeting, the Commissioners Court discussed the concept and directed staff to research information and bring back information (budget, staffing, structure, etc.) as well as options for the Court to consider for the possible creation of a County Women's Commission.
On June 13, 2022, staff provided a status update to the Commissioners Court expressing a few more weeks was needed to finalize research and generate options.
