| Background: | Public works is currently renovating the recently acquired Tellez building, being referred to as the Downtown Annex. ITD will be providing infrastructure services and deliverables that need to be accomplished, such as networking components to provide connectivity to the data centers equipment like, routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and VoIP, are requirements for end-users. The procurement of network is to provide infrastructure needs for departments who will be occupying the building. Communication needs to be established from the downtown annex to the main data center located at the MDR along with redundancy to the County Courthouse.
Contract No. 2022-0468 has been reviewed and approved by County Attorney's Office. This item is to amend Contract No. 2022-0304 previously approved and include the statement of work no. WTX-0696c.
Requisition No. 12200095 has been reviewed and approved by Purchasing.
