| Subject: | Approve the water and sewer rates for the El Paso County Water System d/b/a East Montana Water System as presented to Commissioners Court in the Commissioner Court special session meeting held on June 16, 2022. Further, authorize the fees to take effect October 1, 2022. |
| Background: | The County owns a public water system that is considered an enterprise account. Enterprise accounts should generate enough revenue to cover all cost associated with the account; therefore it is deemed necessary to evaluate and set new water and sewer rates as deemed appropriate to fund the East Montana Water System. |
