Approve and authorize the Capital Improvement Interim Request in the amount of $102,304 for the Facilities Department for the purchase and replacement of seven (7) HVAC units at the Sheriff Headquarters.  Further, approve the re-allocation of funding from the CIP22-INTERIMREQUESTS-MISC to CIP22-FAC-SOHQMAINT-RENOV-REP.

The seven units are faulty and must be replaced to be able to keep the building cool during the  summer months.  The units are over 25 years old and have exceeded their life cycle.
