Subject:Approve and authorize the purchase of capital related items (HVAC) in the amount of $17,140 per Coliseum Contract 2021-0406. Funding is available in account SR-CLSMTRPROM-OPS CONTINGENCIE. Further approve transfer from SR-CLSMTRPROM-OPS CONTINGENCIE to SR-CLSMTRPROM-CAP OUT-EQUIP.  
Background:The current system is obsolete and starting to present connectivity issues and is not working properly, with summer upcoming Coliseum staff is looking to have this replaced to ensure continuity of Coliseum operations. Facilities has reviewed this request and concur the replacement is necessary.
