| Prior Action: | On June 18, 2020, the Court provided direction to the Economic Development Department to pursue the study outlined by the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP)— the Hunt Institute for Global Competitiveness and the Mike Loya Center for Innovation and Commerce.
On August 11, 2020, the Court provide staff with direction on funding for the previously approved broadband study conducted in partnership with the El Paso Community Foundation, the Hunt Institute and University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP)— the Hunt Institute for Global Competitiveness and the Mike Loya Center for Innovation and Commerce. Funding is available in SG-COVID19-OPERATING EXP. |
