(Contract No. 2021-0541) | Background: | The Juvenile Probation Department may refer candidates for MST with the understanding that not all candidates referred will receive MST, and that EHN has the sole discretion to accept any or no referred candidates for MST. To the extent allowable under applicable federal and state privacy and confidentiality laws, the parties agree to exchange information for the exclusive purposes of providing MST. Both parties agree to undertake to resist in judicial proceedings any effort to obtain access to information pertaining to clients otherwise than as expressly provided for in the Confidentiality Regulations.
