| Background: | The Community Services Department, through its Nutrition Program, provides home delivered meals to frail elderly and/or persons with disabilities. The City of El Paso receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the federal government. The County competes for CDBG funding, every two years, for the home delivered meal program. The City awards in two-year intervals. This required Lobbying Certification form is for 47th year/year two. |
