| Background: | The Rojas Phase 2 construction will include some improvements between Eastlake and Nonap and the extension of Rojas from just east of the intersection of Rojas and Peyton to Horizon Blvd. The improvements will provide an alternative/connection for the area, increasing network connectivity throughout the fast-growing area. The design and a majority of the right-of-way needed for the project will be donated by the local developer whose development abuts the eastern portion of the proposed improvements. The roadway will help address the ongoing growth, both residential and commercial, as the Amazon Project Site is set to open and begin operations this fall. |
