Funding will be budgeted in Fiscal Year 2022 in account SR-CLSMTRPROM-OPS EXP-GEN. |
| Background: | On July 12, 2021, Commissioners Court approved the Facility Management and Tourism Agreements between the El Paso Sports Commission and the County of El Paso.
Of the various terms and requirements within the Facility Management Agreement, Article 4.7 outlines the terms regarding the Budget Approval as presented by the El Paso Sports Commission. Upon review by the County, any amendments shall be promptly communicated with any comments or suggested revisions. Once both parties are in agreement of the budget, a final approval by the Commissioners Court shall occur in accordance with procedures applicable to other comparable County budgets.
This budget proposal has been reviewed by the County Attorney’s, the County Auditor’s and the Budget and Fiscal Policy Offices. |
