Subject:Pursuant to Texas Local Government Sections 232.028 and 232.029, approve and authorize the issuance of certification regarding compliance with applicable plat requirements as provided on the attached listing.
Background:

Certificates Issued from July 19 to July 23, 2021

 

The Certificate of Compliance is issued by the Planning & Development Department to ensure

residential development has adequate access to water and wastewater services before new electric

service may be installed. The certificate is used to further prevent the proliferation of colonias throughout

the community. Staff evaluates each request to ensure all applicable requirements have been met.
