| Subject: | Approve and authorize the Interim Purchasing Agent to solicit proposals for PACT Assessment Case Management Software for the Juvenile Probation Department. In accordance with Local Government Code 262.030, the Interim Purchasing Agent has reviewed use of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. |
| Background: | The El Paso County Juvenile Probation Department is seeking a qualified proposer who has the knowledge, skills and abilities to support the web based Detention Risk Assessment Instrument (DRAI), the Pre Positive Achievement Change Tool (Pre-PACT), the Positive Achievement Change Tool (PACT), Commercial Sexual Identification Tool (CSE-IT) and the Residential Positive Achievement Change Tool (R-PACT) along with training for trainers on the tools and training for supervisors on the various reporting tools offered by the proposer to measure jurisdictional demographics, risk and need levels of the population being served.
The Purchasing Department will request a review of specifications by the Auditor’s and County Attorney’s offices prior to advertisement. |
