| Background: | The County of El Paso Healing Garden will be unveiled on August 3, 2021 in the evening. While the Garden is complete and was constructed mostly from donations, the unveiling ceremony requires the County to rent some production equipment to broadcast and live stream the event. County Judge Ricardo Samaniego is in the process of securing donations to cover the costs, however, some equipment must be paid for in advance. |
