| Background: | The original ceiling tile located between the information and the security booth at the Downtown Detention Facility needs to be replaced due to age and structural inconsistencies. This area was originally framed and installed with a different artificial ceiling than the rest of the floor. Consequently, both the frame and the tiles are deteriorating. |
