| Background: | The Public Defender's Office currently has two large format networked copier/scanner/fax/printers, one of which has been leased and the other is owned by the County, and maintained under a service agreement. This agenda is based on a bid obtained by the Purchasing Department to have a single vendor providing both of the large format machines, adding color printing capability that is only available on one of the current machines. The proposal has also been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney's Office |
