| Background: | The County is seeking a vendor to refresh the facility with wireless services to enable modern technology to support interaction with various agencies to include County law enforcement at this location. Replacing the equipment also allows the continued ability to update equipment with cybersecurity patches, System Software and replace faulty hardware through return merchandise authorization (RMA).
Contract term expiration date: November 30, 2021
To ensure the County is obtaining the overall best value, to include pricing and terms, the Information Technology and Purchasing Departments reviewed available cooperative contracts and determined that the contract held by PIVOT Technology Services Corp. dba Computacenter., through Region 19 Contract 16-7210 conforms to the County’s needs. |
