| Background: | Central Transport will pick-up/deliver electoral machines and equipment from the County Elections Warehouse located at 3850 Justice Ave., El Paso, TX 79938 to approximately 151 polling locations located throughout the County (depending on election). This is a three-year contract with the option to renew for two additional years. |
