| Background: | The Information Technology Department (ITD) is committed to providing scalable, high capacity, and efficient enterprise wireless network solutions. Wireless networks operate on radio frequency signals and allow wireless-enabled devices to communicate with County online resources and the Internet.
During the County Courthouse Wellness Center project Public Works realized that the vendor did not purchase the network equipment. Because of this, ITD requested a quote from Computacenter to purchase the appropriate network equipment.
ITD is requesting that the Court approve and authorize the County Judge to sign the agreement. This agreement has been reviewed and approved by ITD, the County Attorney's Office, and the Purchasing Department. ITD recommends approval.
Requisition No. 12107810 was reviewed and approved by Purchasing.
Contract No. 2021-0504 has been reviewed and approved by County Attorney's Office.
