| Background: | The Information Technology Department (ITD) is committed to providing scalable, high capacity, and efficient enterprise wireless network solutions. Wireless networks operate on radio frequency signals and allow wireless-enabled devices to communicate with County online resources and the Internet.
During the County Courthouse Wellness Center project Public Works realized that the vendor did not install any wireless access points. Because of this, ITD will need to come in and have Computacenter perform the pre-installation design site survey and the post-installation validation site survey for these access points.
ITD is requesting that the Court approve and authorize the County Judge to sign the statement of work. This agreement has been reviewed and approved by ITD, the County Attorney's Office, and the Purchasing Department. ITD recommends approval.
Requisition No. 12107749 was reviewed and approved by Purchasing.
Contract No. 2021-0503 has been reviewed and approved by County Attorney's Office.
