| Background: | El Paso County's Rural Transit Program through the El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization (EPMPO) received 2018/2019/2020 Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) funds to operate the County's Vanpool Program. This program is a ride-share service that allows employees or job trainees in the County of El Paso to participate in carpools for transportation to their employment or job training site, which results in transportation cost savings for the users, a reduction in the number of vehicles on the roadways and subsequently improves the County's air quality. This Amendment extends the agreement through January 31, 2023. |
