| Background: | Economic Development staff are seeking to amend several FASTER program contracts to include language that explicitly excludes certain businesses from qualifying for aid under the program; specifically, businesses which owe County taxes or are owned by spouses of County staff would be excluded. This language would ensure that legal guidance is consistent with the FASTER loan administrator contracts that were approved in early February. |
