On December 10, 2012 bid 12-071 was awarded to Welch ATM which later merged with Cardtronics USA Inc.  On January 14, 2013 contract 2012-0653 was approved, this contract was to provide automatic teller equipment and service to multiple County locations for a term of five years with estimated revenue of $13,824 per year.

On July 8, 2013 first amendment 2013-0300 was approved by the court to add a through-wall walk-up style ATM very different to the typical stand-alone ATM.  Both the County and Contractor mutually agreed to the installation of this machine at no cost to either party.

On November 30, 2015 second amendment 2015-0574 was approved by the court to add the Eastside Annex JP#4 and the Tornillo Port of Entry locations under the same terms and conditions.

On January 22, 2018 the 1st Option to Renew was approved.
