| Background: | In August of 2018, HUD awarded the County $160,000 to fund the operation of the system with three full time staff to perform an intake and assessment for those individuals entering homelessness. The grant also funds operating costs such as equipment, supplies, and mileage allowance for the three intake workers.
This agreement formalizes the closeout of 2020 grant. The County of El Paso successfully expensed $70,516.92 of the $160,000.00 grant funds. The balance of $89,773.08 was due to staffing turnover we experienced. |
