Item Title:Elections - Request for new cellular phones

Subject:Approve and authorize the purchase of service for 170 new iPhone's for use at all new Vote Centers utilizing Verizon as the vendor. Funding is available in GF-ELECTIONS-ELECTIONS EXPENSE and SR-ELECTSVC-ELECTIONS EXPENSE.
Background:All Vote Center presiding judges will need an iPhone in order to text/call the Elections Department as needed.
Fiscal Impact:

The iPhone device is free of charge. The service to call/text is $39.99 plus tax per device. The two accounts that will  be utilized for the service will depend on the election we are conducting.
